Mr. Spotora has been called “the Cure for the Common Lawyer”. Since 2001, Mr. Spotora has served as Managing Attorney for Spotora & Associates, a full service law firm recognized for its devotion to exceeding client expectations and differentiating itself from the competition.
Anthony’s expertise lies in the legal practice areas of Business, Corporate, Entertainment and Intellectual Property laws. He commonly works with individual clients as well as with a full roster of corporate clientele that range from closely held corporations to franchises and Fortune 500 giants. Mr. Spotora’s daily activities range from the establishment and structuring of various legal enterprises, advising clients on business operations, securing, protecting or defending intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights, drafting and negotiating any one of a countless array of industry-related contracts in all genres of entertainment; drafting and negotiating any one of a countless array of business-related agreements; aggressively attending to a full gamut of litigious matters; preparing corporate records, offerings and/or other corporate related ventures or requirements, leading client products to market… the list goes on.

Anthony has served as an Executive Officer and as General Counsel to both National and International Corporations and Limited Liability Companies. He has worked closely to the infamous ‘industry’ having served in a variety of capacities for Warner Bros’ Corporate Legal Dept, its Television Production’s Legal Affairs and, for Columbia Motion Picture Group at Sony Pictures Entertainment. Mr. Spotora has been a requested guest speaker for the ABA’s Business Law Section and for UCLA’s Entertainment Program; he was a nominated “Rising Star” in California’s “SuperLawyers” and; he has recently been asked to speak on CBS Radio.
Mr. Spotora is a member of the State Bar of California. He manages each of Spotora & Associates’ practice areas, along with its talented roster of associate attorneys and office staff.
Anthony received his B.A. in Pre-law with a minor in Psychology from the Florida State University and obtained his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law where he received honors for both writing and advocacy. Mr. Spotora also studied law on the campuses of the University College London School of Law and the Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California.
Lisa Cervantes, Esq
Lisa comes to Spotora & Associates with nearly 20 years of legal experience and a recognized devotion to entertainment endeavors, and deals, on a worldwide basis.
Having served under a number of talented lawyers, Lisa was exposed to and first honed her legal skills in matters extending from personal injury and real estate, to estate planning and of course, to entertainment law.
After years of legal practice and a variety of media appearances, Lisa not only specializes in matters involving intellectual property, but she has become most widely recognized for her work in music, film and television. On an international scale, Ms. Cervantes has represented recording artists, independent record and film financing companies, actors, entertainment venues, television shows, producers, photographers, managers, models, modeling agencies, talent scouts, booking agents, publishers, promoters, magazines, nightclubs. . . the list goes on.
Lisa studied law in the United States, France and Italy, and received her J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she also received awards for her superior legal writing.
Ms. Cervantes is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego Bar Association Entertainment Section. She is a requested guest speaker at the California Western School of Law and regularly lectures at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

Lance G. Greene, Esq
Lance comes to us with a resume so impressive that he is entitled to be called the “Greene” machine. Whereas most attorneys are well-versed in no more than a few areas of law, Lance has experience across the proverbial board.
Beginning in 1993, Lance’s litigation skills took shape at a Brentwood based law firm in matters involving Personal Injury, Business Law and Family Law, inclusive of Estate Planning.
Over the years, Lance would prove to be a highly successful litigator both in and out of the courtroom. His talents continued to range as he began to handle matters involving Medical Malpractice, and he was named his firm’s leader in dismissals, negotiating settlements and procuring summary judgments – obviously, highly appealing to the client!
Mr. Greene is not only an extremely experienced and successful advocate, but he is also well equipped to handle transactional matters and the drafting of contracts that comes inherent to them.
To date, Lance actively prosecutes all aspects of litigation through trial, while additionally tending to a full roster of transactional matters. His daily regime commonly includes that of Business and Partnership disputes, franchise matters, the preparation of Estate Planning documents, Dissolution of Marriage cases, Collection and Judgment Debtor Examinations, Formation of Corporations and other Business Entities, Trademark issues, Negligence and Personal Injury matters, Construction disputes, Employment and Labor law issues, Slander/Libel and Defamation claims. . . the list goes on.
Lance received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law where he was on the Dean’s List two of his three years, and a B.S. degree from the Arizona State University.

Bruce A. Fields
A 30 year Los Angeles litigator and transactional attorney, Bruce A. Fields came to S&A equipped to handle a wide array of legal matters. Having represented names such as, Dun & Bradstreet, The MacDonald Group, Hughes Aircraft and many others, Mr. Fields has had the vital hands-on experience and training necessary to successfully lead his clients on matters involving:

Mr. Fields studied at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a degree in Sociology and a minor in English, and graduated from Whittier College of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 1981.
Bruce’s broad spectrum of litigation experience, expertise in handling countless transactional matters, and his innate ability to work with others harmoniously, makes him a great find amongst the sea of lawyers in California. James (“Jim”) Talbott

Licensed in California, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, a licensed Patent attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, author, lecturer, and a seasoned counselor in both transactional and litigation matters, we are very pleased to include attorney, James (“Jim”) Talbott, to the S&A roster. Yet again, we bring to our clientele another fantastic lawyer with experience that can only impress.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Juris Doctorate from the Delaware Law School AND a Masters Degree in Taxation (LLM) from the Villanova Law School, Mr. Talbott began a professional career in 1985 that would notably span across the legal arenas of criminal law, entertainment law, intellectual property law, business and corporate law, technology law, taxation law, employment law, and the list goes on.
Today, Jim not only continues to practice law in a broad range of practice areas, but he is a widely recognized expert and lecturer in entertainment, technology and new media law.
